Basic concepts

A product is a product of a manufacturer’s activity, including an import, intended for sale to a consumer under a contract;

The warranty period is the established standard period (in months) or in the form of operating time (in hours, response cycles, kilometers of mileage, etc.), during which the manufacturer (performer) guarantees and ensures that the quality requirements of the goods (services a) when performing the rules of operation;

Service life – a certain period of use of the product, after which its operation must be terminated, regardless of the technical condition;

Unusable warranty card – is considered unsuitable: if the coupon has forged stamps and signatures, if changes and additions are made or if it is lost more than 2/3 (two thirds) of the coupon

Warranty periods and service life of goods

A group of manufacturing companies under the Artel brand set the following service life for household appliances, subject to the rules of operation:

Refrigerators, gas stoves, air conditioners – 7 years;

TVs, monitors, audio-video equipment, vacuum cleaners and electric water heaters – 5 years;

Mini ovens and microwaves – 3 years;

Household appliances – 1 year;

Upon expiration of the product’s service life, it is recommended to contact Authorized Service Centers (ASC) for preventive maintenance and receiving recommendations on further safe operation of the product.

The warranty period for all products under the Artel brand is 36 months (household appliances – 12 months).

The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale of goods by the buyer. If it is impossible to establish the date of sale of the goods, this period is calculated from the date of manufacture of the goods. We kindly ask you, when buying, before use, carefully read the basic rules for operation and check the correctness of filling out the warranty card. In this case, the serial number and model name of the product you purchased must be identical, with the entries made in the warranty card. It is not allowed to make any changes, corrections to the coupon, as in this case the coupon is considered invalid and no free service is provided for the goods. In case of incorrect or incomplete filling of the warranty card, please contact the seller immediately. Artel products are technically sophisticated consumer goods. With careful, careful attention and compliance with the rules of operation, they will reliably serve you for many years. During operation, do not allow mechanical damage, ingestion of foreign objects, liquids, insects, animals, rodents and other creatures. During the entire service life, please observe the safety of the label with the designation of the model name and serial number of the product. Make sure that all the necessary data is entered into the warranty card. If during the operation of the product you find that the parameters of its work differ from those stated in the instruction manual, we recommend contacting the organization that has sold you the product, or any authorized service center or the Unified Information Center.

Warranty terms

The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale of the goods to the Buyer. The warranty period for all products under the Artel brand is 36 months (goods of small household appliances –12 months). Free service in the warranty period of the goods is carried out upon presentation by the buyer of the correct and fully filled warranty card. In case of loss of the warranty card, the warranty period for the goods is calculated from the date of manufacture of the goods, which is determined using the serial number. Service is not provided free of charge, in the case of non-presentation of the warranty card or upon presentation of an unusable warranty card. In this case, a paid service is offered. After-sales service is provided exclusively at authorized service centers located within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. An authorized service center provides (free) warranty repair and maintenance during the warranty period of the goods, only in those cases in which the malfunction in the product does not fall within the category of faults, without warranty service.

Attention!!!

The warranty card is valid only if there is a seller’s stamp on the title page and detachable coupons !!!

Warranty repair and maintenance of the goods is carried out within 10 working days at an authorized service center. In the absence of the necessary spare parts and details in the service center, this period may be extended by 10 working days. The time spent on warranty repairs is not included in the warranty period of the goods. The manufacturer ensures the normal operation (use, exploitation) of the product, including spare parts during the warranty period. By the request of the consumer after the presentation of goods with defects, he/she is provided with a product of a similar model for the period of warranty repair. Free service includes free repair with free replacement of the necessary spare parts. The provision of maintenance and the provision of the necessary spare parts, details is carried out exclusively in authorized service centers located within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Transportation costs for servicing certain types of goods are covered by the buyer.

Cases not covered by the warranty

The warranty and free service does not apply to goods whose defects have arisen as a result of:

a violation by the consumer of operating rules, storage and transportation of goods;

actions (or inaction) of third parties:

repair and making unauthorized structural and circuit changes by the consumer or installer or any other unauthorized persons;

deviation from the State Technical Standards (GOST) and the standards of the supply cable networks, as well as failures caused by voltage drops, surges, etc.

acts of force majeure (element, fire, lightning, etc.);

damage caused by animals, rodents, insects and other species of creatures;

not the completeness of the product, or the presence of mechanical damage identified after the sale to the buyer in it;

damage to the manufacturer’s seals;

due to its excessive use (use for more than 16 hours continuously);

by contact with acidic or alkaline agents;

as a result of loading the product in excess of the established rate;

failure due to non-compliance with the installation and operation of equipment;

opening, repairing or upgrading equipment by unauthorized persons.

If the product is not used for domestic purposes and conditions, free service is provided for a period of 6 months. All accessories of the product are not subject to free servicing or replacement if their breakage is caused by the action of an indefinable force and violation of the rules of operation, storage and transportation of the goods.

Free service does not include:

replacement of the power cord;

replacement of the outer glass;

replacement of light bulbs and plafond;

replacing body parts.
