The Tajik-Uzbek enterprise, the JV LLC “Artel Avesto Electronics” produces modern and advanced household appliances for the market of Tajikistan.

The Company was founded in February 2019 with equal shares held by the LLC “Avesto Group” (Tajikistan) and the LLC “Artel Engineering and Management” (Uzbekistan) on the basis of an Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the LLC “Avesto Group” and the LLC “Artel Engineering and Management” for the construction and business operations of the JV LLC “Artel Avesto Electronics” plant in Dushanbe.

The JV LLC “Artel Avesto Electronics” produces nine types of household appliances, including water heaters, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, kitchen hoods, televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners, mini-ovens, gas and electric stoves.
